Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Ethera Glow is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages caused by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve delivery issues. Where available, we will assist customers in filing carrier claims; however, reimbursement or replacement is subject to the carrier's investigation and policies.

Ethera Glow is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned packages requiring reshipment.
